Painters and Labourers WANTED

Programmed employs more than 20,000 people each day across a range of disciplines providing services to over 10,000 customers, and is one of the largest providers of operations and maintenance services across Australia and New Zealand.

Our client is currently seeking painters and labourers for an exciting, hands-on opportunities based across the Adelaide region, servicing over 20 different locations. This is a Monday to Friday day shift (7am–3pm) role with an immediate start at an hourly rate of $31.19 (inclusive of 25% casual loading).

Key responsibilities:

• Apply paints, sealers, and solvents to the exterior and interior building surfaces such as plaster, sheetrock, concrete and wood
• Prepare painting surfaces for painting by scraping, filling in the cracks and removing old paint.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.

About you:

• Driver’s Licence – Essential
• Working With Children Check – Essential
• White Card – Essential
• Proven experience in general handyman work
• Competent using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physically fit and safety-focused
